The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a blizzard warning, which is in effect until 10 a.m. PST, Wednesday.

The winter storm warning is now in effect from 10 a.m. Wednesday to 4 a.m. PST, Thursday.

Timing, dangerous blizzard conditions due to heavy snow and strong winds will continue today through Wednesday morning.

Periods of moderate to heavy snow will continue through Wednesday night.
